How to use:

• Take before meals with water or warm water
• Adults (15 years and older): 1 sachet twice a day
• Children 7–15 years old: 2/3 sachet twice a day
• Children 4–7 years old: 1/2 sachet twice a day
• Children 2–4 years old: 1/3 sachet twice a day
• Under 2 years old: do not use
• Children — only under adult supervision
• Recommended to be combined with moderate physical activity and a balanced diet
