Heparin-Based Medicated Moisturising Foam is a Japanese quasi-drug designed for comprehensive care of dry, irritated, and inflamed skin. Suitable for both adults and children, this foam features a heparin-like compound at the maximum permissible OTC concentration of 0.3%, providing intense hydration, anti-inflammatory benefits, and improved skin regeneration.

• Chronic dry skin and xerosis
• Dry, rough skin in children
• Cracked elbows, heels, knees, and fingers
• Windburn and mild frostbite (excluding weeping wounds)
• Skin care post-bruise, sprain, or muscular discomfort
• Scar care (excluding fresh facial scars and burns)

• Apply 1–several times daily to clean, dry skin.
• Gently spread the foam over the affected area using fingers or gauze. Do not rub in.
• Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, open wounds, or fresh facial burns/scars.
• Children should use under adult supervision.
