Biore Hydrophilic Oil retains its cleansing properties when in contact with water, so it easily removes make-up from wet skin – for example, when you are in the shower. This oil-based make-up remover effectively dissolves and removes any stubborn make-up, even waterproof mascara, BB and CC creams, without cotton discs. It spreads easily over the skin, blending in and removing make-up. It does not disturb the balance of the skin. It has a pleasant fruity fragrance.

It does not require additional washing with other products and can be used without cotton discs.

How to use:

• Before use, shake the bottle and remove the lock from the dispenser.
• Apply the required amount of product (4 presses) to dry palms, spread evenly with circular massaging movements on dry face to dissolve make-up, including eyelids, eyelashes and lips.
• Pay special attention to the wings of the nose, where impurities usually accumulate in the pores.
• Then moisten your hands with water, massage your skin some more, and rinse thoroughly with water.
• At low temperatures, the oil may become cloudy. In this case, wait for it to defrost at room temperature and continue using it.
